External content (with consent only)
- Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap; your IP address is sent to their server.
- Videos are loaded from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the enquiry form (if enabled) and loads only when you start filling in the form.
Enquiry form and personal data
When you send an enquiry we process the data you entered (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) solely to respond to you (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep it only as long as necessary and do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (website maintenance, e-mail provider). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; write to motortech-consulting@pu.t-com.hr. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
